SED 20: One of those days.

Where things seem to go wrong and I'm left in a weird funk. I'd say it's time for much chocolate but I'm not feeling comfortable in the stomach region either.

Blah. I should get an early night and see if things look better in the morning. But then I always think I should have an early night and it somehow it goes from being too early to far too late in the blink of an eye.

It seems to be just that kind of day for everyone. Have some milk (warm or cold) to help with the digestive distress. Read a book, have an early night and see how you feel in the morning.

I hope you can get some rest. It really is amazing how the clock seems to jump directly from 7:30 to 11:00ish in the evenings.

Milk or ice cream helps when I have digestive complaints and on days like this shutting out the world and escaping into a book is the trick I use.

I'm not much of a tea drinker either, even if Jamaicans think tea fixes everything too.

Ginger is VERY good for stomaches.
