Knitting Christmas jumpers is a Molly Weasley tradition, and not one either of them intend to give up.

Guys! You should read this fic. It's amazingly fun and funny but also sad and heartbreaking all at the same time. All about the younger Molly bonding with her grandma and taking over the tradition of sweater knitting and all the reasons behind it.

Very much worth a read.

When a squib named Freddy Black uses a potion to drug Muggle women and gets caught, the PaLS deal with the fallout and each other.

It's rare that I rec, and it's rare that I read Gen. So this is exceptionally rare and should show you just how much you should read this fic! It centres on three extremely minor characters and is mainly told from the point of view of Eddie Carmicheal. And if you don't know who that is. He's the dude that Hermione confiscated fake powered dragon's claw from in OotP, off screen

So anyway the three of them have formed a pure blood lobby and trying to derail one of Hermione's laws and the fic follows their attempts to work the political system to have the law tabled. The cleverly alternates between the group plotting and manipulating and news clippings showing the result.

It's a joy in its detail and the grey area of its presentation. The characters all feel real and its entertaining how they are, while not evil outright, are definitely opposed to what is considered the good guys of the series. (who never appear outside the clippings) There are couple of unexpected cameos from more important characters and twists and turns through out that made the 11k just whizz by while reading.

Very much recommended to all.
